Privacy policy

We use the name, phone number, vehicle details, service address, preferred appointment time and notes you submit to respond to your request, prepare a quote and arrange your detailing service. We do not use appointment requests for marketing.

Vehicle photos

Photos are optional and help us understand your vehicle’s condition. Submitted photos are private and accessible through our owner booking area. Please avoid including people or visible license plates.

Address suggestions

When Google Maps address suggestions are enabled, the address text you type is sent to Google to find matching addresses. You can submit a typed address without choosing a suggestion. Google’s Privacy Policy applies to that service and is incorporated into this policy by reference. We save the address you submit with your appointment request, not the list of suggestions.

Contact and deletion requests

To ask about your submitted details or request their deletion, email info@grewalautoservice.ca or call 905-906-5961.
